It’s a double gold weekend for the Philippine National Triathlon Team in the 2015 South East Asian Games! Nikko Huelgas wins the gold medal and finishes the race in 2:04:32! Jonard Saim dug deep and hung on for 6th place! Congratulations Team Philippines!

This is a historic double win for Team Philippines as this marks the first time the Philippines won the Gold medal in triathlon. It’s a good day to be a Filipino triathlete!

The Philippines won the women’s division gold and silver medals. Maria Claire Adorna won the gold at the 28th South East Asian Games! Kim Mangrobang took second! An awesome 1-2 finish for Team Philippines!
