She is currently on hospital arrest (for an electoral sabotage case) at the same time that she was elected as Congresswoman (now on her 2nd term) in her home province of Pampanga after stepping down as Philippine President in 2010.

Presidential PORK (DAP) declared unconstitutional by Supreme Court in a unanimous decision. Culpable violation of the Philippine Constitution is impeachable (although the House does not have the numbers to elevate this possible case to the Senate for trial).
