Presidential PORK (DAP) declared unconstitutional. Culpable violation of the Philippine Constitution is impeachable. If there is no impeachment trial during the term of President Aquino, he can still be charged after he steps down in 2016.

Presidential PORK (DAP) declared unconstitutional by Supreme Court in a unanimous decision. Culpable violation of the Philippine Constitution is impeachable (although the House does not have the numbers to elevate this possible case to the Senate for trial). President Aquino can, however, still be charged after he steps down in 2016. Photo (satire) entitled Lahat ng Sangkot, DAPat Managot courtesy of Pixel Offensive. The Congressional Pork Barrel has also been previously declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL. http://wp.mep3QRCo-iM
