Thus Trillanes and Aquino acted as FOREIGN AGENTS of CHINA to the detriment of the Philippine claim to the West Philippine Sea. OCCUPATION is already 90% of contested ownership since we would still have to drive China away even if we win the international litigation. China does not recognize our international court case and even if it did, China would resort to legal measures to hold on to the land and sea lanes for ever.
