U.S. Marine involved in brutal murder of Filipino transgender woman    Here we go again. When will we ever learn that foreign troops always come with abusive behavior, rowdy crowds, drunken escapades, sexy shows and the inevitable rise in prostitution. Let us all hope that justice is served in this case as our former colonial masters always get away with murder and rape.
