I think this has long been done and may be the reason why they’re all interested to run for said positions, and the target is—PDAF!
If we would follow what has been mandated in the Constitution the rate of their compensation or even increase it and remove responsibility (of endorsements) to disburse funds and transfer it all to the executive offices (LGUs), I believe, it would be more better.
