The Commission on Audit released findings regarding the PHP 10 BILLION PORK BARREL FUND SCAM. Among the legislators, in the period of the audit covered, named are three who are now in the executive department under the Aquino Administration. Former congressmen Villanueva (now heads TESDA), Biazon (now heads the Bureau of Customs) and Alcala (now the Secretary of Agriculture) channeled PUBLIC FUNDS to BOGUS NGOs (including those allegedly set up by Janet Lim Napoles) and GHOST PROJECTS.
