Honasan channeled PHP 190 MILLION to FAKE (non-Napoles) NGOs in 2011 *** The Department of Agrarian Reform released funding initiatives made by Senator Gregorio Honasan II who assigned his pork allocations to the DAR’s livelihood projects upon the request of local governments. Public money eventually went to non-Napoles NGOs that are also believed to be fake including Workphil Foundation Inc. and Focus on Development Goals Foundation Inc. or FDGFI.

In 2011, Workphil and FDGFI received P50 million and P140 million, respectively, in pork through Philippine Forest Corp. with the endorsement of Honasan.
